1. Copies of 1st page of last bank statement and copy of bank reconciliation report in summary from quickbooks bank reconciliation system |
2. Quickbooks accountant copy (AC) review file via email attachment, via intuit, or burned to a disk |
3. Copies or originals of any govt. Correspondence received pertaining to your business |
4. Response to our prior month cpa consultation memo questions |
5. Copies of 8109 payroll tax deposit coupons used for the month (if payroll exists in your corporation) |
To send your monthly Quickbooks® package via email your accountant copy file must be attached to an email and emailed to luisa@leivacpa.com.
Please send us this package by the 15TH OF EACH MONTH as soon as bank statement arrives.
In order to email us your monthly accounting package you need to install a software that creates .pdf files so that computer printouts can be then easily sent via e-mail. After you install this software your computer will have a new printer defined which is actually a file creator. Simply choose this new printer definition and create/save your 'printouts' that you would have send us via regular mail as computer files. Save postage and paper and e-mail your package. You may also attach word or excel documents in order to communicate other information and or schedules with your package.

Note: if you will only be emailing the accountant copy file the adobe acrobat file creator is not needed. Adobe is used to email other information you would have printed.
